Whether it concerns painting, renovation, repairs, replacing windows or minor constructions, we do it with pleasure and we do it right.
We can even be your construction superviser as a contact between you and your contractor. Our experiences, both building technical and the Swedish way of building, could come in handy.

You have seen a nice house on www.hemnet.se (or whereever)...........................and now?
You can take the first flight to Sweden to discover than that the house need severe maintenance, or lies along an highway or railway, or there is a lot of industry, or.............................
Of course, it is always lovely to come to Sweden but this time that wasn't your primary goal of the trip.
We can help you from this stadium up till the final contract.

Because of our builders- and acquistion experiances we can estimate the property that is on your wishinglist . We visit the location and make an broad report about the property, corresponding garden/site, expected maintenance and the neigbourhood. This report, supported with images, gives you a clear, honest and complete overview of the property that is for sale, since we work for you. If you want to see the property your self after this report we will accompany you. If you wish we can help you also in the following procedures as price negotiating, ensurences, tax and of course the final autograph. Because of our contacts with several estate agents we know which houses will be displayed shortly on the internet. Specialy if you are looking for a popular property could this be in your advance. We can make sure that you, at least, belong to the candidates.

Garden maintenance
The garden, and specially mowing the grass, takes a lot of time especially if it had the opportunity to growe for several months.
In consultation with you we make a mowing shedule. And whether it be once a year just before you arrive or conform an seasons contract, we make sure that the result is at your satisfaction.
