* House check according to a scheme	prices see "rental manager"
* House check on request for instance with extreme weather	sek 500,- / visit
* Snow Removal from paths, parkingplace, entrance, acces road, roof (only after consult) if needed shall machinerent be charged aswell	sek hourly
