Rental service (when you rent out your house)

* Final cleaning up till 80m2:                                                                                       SEK 800,-/house The hole house will be vacuum cleaned and, if possibel, mopped (Linoleum) - Bathroom(s) and toilet(s) will be cleaned - Kitchen wil be cleaned extern, fridge and/or stove will be cleaned inside aswel outside
* Final cleaning from 80m2:                                                                                                                           - Cleaning 80 m2 - 100 m2                                                                                             SEK  1000,- / house  - Cleaning  100m2 - 150 m2                                                                                            SEK 1500 / house  - Cleaning  150 m2 - 200m2                                                                                           SEK 2000/ house
* Key service:                                                                                                              SEK 600,-/ rental period - We conceive your renter at the frontdoor of your house.                                                   excl. km compesation We explane the working of the boiler, hearth, fusebox and so one and hand over the key. At the end of the period we take in the key and, if you wish, we can take pictures of the water- and electric meter We check your house and contents visualy on damages - During the rental period are we tenants contactperson
* Laundry service:                                                                                                           SEK  100/ 1 bed - Your bedding (pillow cover, under sheet and quilt cover) will be pickt up, washed and ironed.  SEK 90/  > 5 sets After this your laundry will be returned to your house, ready for the next rental	SEK 100,- / bed
* Firewood: - wood for the hearth, cleaved and dried, deliverd at your house and piled on your wood storage    Ask for the current marketprices	ask for the current marketprice
* Airport service: - Pick up or bring away maximum persons to an airport in South-Sweden mileage will be calculated for the hole route, both ways.	SEK 400,- / 100 km.
