If you choose for "Rental manager" we offer you all the maintenace and supervision of your property. Rental manager is only availabel as an year account. Year accounts can contribute your discount, see model below.

Gardenmaintenance - Mowing the lawn with a mulch-tractor, this will fertilize your lawn. - Mowing the lawnedges and around obstacels with a trimmer, only that part of the lawn that also will be mowed by us. Mowing with a mulch-tractor must be don regulary otherwise the gras will be "choked" in stead of being fertilized. Depending on the grow of the gras and the weather conditions we mowe your lawn every 7-14 days during the season. A well maintained lawn improves the overall impression of your property, gives less vermins and it gives an occupanced impression. For SEK 10000,- / calenderyear we will carry out the maintanance as reffered above for a lawn of 1000m2. ( Lawns bigger than 1000m2: we charge only SEK 6000,- for every next 1000m2.

House maintenance -A Falu-red house needs to be painted every 4 - 8 years, depending on the size of your house can this be a time consuming job. We would like to make a very friendly priced offer after we have visit your property. Suggestion: we can also paint one facade / year, so the cost will be more spread. Offcourse can we paint houses also in other colours. Before we make an offer we take a look at the property first. Take a look with the pictures of some work we did before

Checking your house and buildings - We check your house, buildings and plot 10x a year (once a month except July and August) at burglary, damage and other blemishes. Present leaf catchers on lawnlevel will be cleaned. - Also 2x "calamity control" on your request, for instance with extreme weatherconditions. If you don't use these controles restitution will not take place, not used controlles can't be transfered till another year. - Your mailbox will be emptied, adressed mail will be collected and maintaned, you can pick up those on occasion. - We only check! we communicated by mail, if needed with pictures. After you have given us the order to take action we will take measurments. - We check outside your house and building, we don't need to get in. - We check according to a schedual, made by us. For SEK 7000,- / calenderyear we carry out these checkings . For SEK 1000,- / calenderyear extra we also check inside your house at: vermins (even fil up the pioson), leakage, heating and refill the drains with water (sewer).

Yearbonus If you purchase several of our services we would like to contribute this trust with a bonus according to the model below. The bonus concerns all our services, exept "airportservice" and "calamity check", who are carried out in a calenderyear and are finished. (Service started in " year 1" but finished in "year 2" get the bonus in "year 2", mostly building jobs). "airport service" and "calamity check" will be counted as a service but the bonus will not be calculated on there amounts.

Bonus with 3 services : 5% concerning all services in a calenderyear with 4 services : 7% concerning all services in a calenderyear with 5 or more services : 10% concerning all services in a calenderyear Bonuses will be calculated at the end of a calenderyear.
